Oakkeep is a one-person workshop building small, durable software.
The idea is deliberately old-fashioned: tools you own, that run on your own machine, that don't upload your files, track you, or ask you to make an account. Software kept simple enough that it still works in ten years — because it never depended on a server in the first place.
Oak for something sturdy and made to last. Keep for a place that safeguards what you put inside it. That's the whole brief.
